Pair Of Porcelain Ewers
A very rare pair of porcelain ewers with lids, decorated with a reclining man and woman smoking a shisha, with a Sèvres blue base decorated with branches, and Greek-style handles with attractive original gilding. One hand and the hose are missing; there are old restorations, particularly to the handles, and various minor losses. Circa 1850.
