Vintage school/museum anatomical model depicting the human auditory system, made of painted plaster and designed for scientific educational purposes.
The object can be separated into two main components, allowing observation of the internal structures of the ear, in accordance with the typical layout of anatomical models used in educational and museum contexts during the first half / mid-20th century.
A partial original green label is present, bearing the names of the cities Turin – Rome – Milan – Florence, along with the word “specialità.” These elements are consistent with the distribution of Italian scientific educational materials of the period and can be attributed to the distribution network associated with Paravia.
Condition:
The model shows a patina consistent with its age, with minor signs of time and normal traces of educational use, without compromising its legibility or strong visual impact.
