Louis XV style wrought iron, patinated sheet metal, and marble wall console.
Richly ornamented in the Louis XV style, with a welded wrought iron structure featuring double scrolls painted in a patinated dark verdigris, and patinated bronze sheet metal ornaments in the form of acanthus leaves, a coat of arms-style pediment in the center, and a crown on the stretcher.
This console is topped with a molded Carrara white marble with a groove. It shows some old chips and scratches (see photos).
This console rests on its four feet, which gives it stability; however, it should still be fixed to the wall to prevent wobbling.
