Chiseled and gilded bronze candlestick (mercury gilding, the top of the stem adorned with three back-to-back female heads, model by Claude Galle, bronze worker of the late 18th/early 19th century). In good overall condition, some wear to the gilding, mounted as a lamp (not drilled) and supplied with a beige canvas lampshade. Dimensions of the candlestick alone: 27 cm high x Diameter of the base 12.5 cm.
