Cherry Wood Farm Table, Late 19th Century
Large cherrywood farmhouse table with tapered legs, a two-drawer apron, and a chestnut bread drawer, southern Manche region, late 19th century. Note the restorations to the legs up to a height of 10 cm; the tabletop has been treated against insects. Insect holes have been filled at the end of the tabletop where the drawer is located.
