Pair of fine porcelain vases, 79cm high and 24cm wide, decorated in deep blue with rich, slightly raised gilding. Each vase features a hand-painted reserve depicting a female portrait, signed Poitevin, a decorative painter active in the late 19th century. French work from the late 19th to early 20th century. High-quality porcelain, harmonious decoration, a well-matched pair.
