Typical Queyras inkwell made of soapstone, dating from the 19th century.
It features a central hole for the ink and four slots for the quills.
Decorated with geometric patterns, engraved on all sides and carved on the corners.
A small original flaw (a hole) is visible in the photo.
Initials were later engraved on the top.
Good condition.
