"Louis XIV Period Chest Of Drawers, Early 18th-century Wooden Top"
An elegant and classic Louis XIV period commode from the early 18th century, veneered in marquetry of kingwood and rosewood, with a slightly curved front. It opens with three drawers in three rows. The top features a pattern of circular veneers. The bronze mounts are partly added later. Probably Parisian work from the early 18th century, during the Louis XIV period. This charming commode is presented in good condition, with signs of wear consistent with age. It is small in size, less than 1.20 meters.
