A glass vase with a lid, designed by the Bohemian glass artist Johann Loetz. A distinctive feature is the beautiful iridescence of the glass and the hand-painted gilt decorations. The vase is mouth-blown and dates from the Art Nouveau period, circa 1890-1910. It has a lobed shape and a raised rim. This vase belongs to the collection of a glass enthusiast, and with the right lighting, it creates a spectacular effect in any interior. The decoration on this vase is called DEK I/439. Condition: slight wear on some of the cold-painted areas, a few micro-scratches.
