"Crystal And Silver Caviar Service – Hermès Paris"
An elegant caviar service signed Hermès Paris, consisting of a cut crystal bowl mounted in solid 925/1000 silver, bearing both the Minerva 1st standard hallmark and the maker's mark of the silversmith Charles Aurat (CA lozenge with two crossed hammers), one of the principal Parisian silversmiths working for Hermès in the 1970s–1980s. The rim is decorated with a twisted cord molding, typical of Hermès tableware production of this period. The inner crystal bowl is topped with a solid silver lid featuring a wide circular ring.
