It is set with a natural sapphire of a deep and intense blue, weighing approximately 5.0 carats. It is surrounded by 26 old-cut diamonds, with a total weight of approximately 0.80 carats. Weight: 4.60 g. Jeweler's size: 12 (adjustable upon request). Very good condition considering its age. A gemological certificate is provided.
