Genet And Michon Press-molded Glass And Nickel-plated Bronze Chandelier, Art Deco, Circa 1930
This magnificent Art Deco chandelier, with its striking decorative appeal, is distinguished by its high-quality craftsmanship. It comprises an imposing, thick, press-molded glass bowl polished on a satin finish, supported by a nickel-plated bronze mount with stylized lines typical of the Art Deco style. Height: 80 cm. Diameter: 40 cm. This model, created by Genêt et Michon, is unsigned; this series, which also includes wall sconces, bowls, and plaques, is never signed. It is in very good condition, with the nickel plating and wiring recently renewed, and uses two light bulbs.
