"Joan the Saint." Patinated chryselephantine bronze in two tones, silver and gold. Signed. A reduction of the marble, ivory, and bronze statue installed in Reims Cathedral in 1909 for the beatification of Joan of Arc, the statue depicts her in prayer, leaning on her sword. The sculptor sought to glorify the heroine.
