"Daum Nancy - Perfume Bottle, Art Nouveau, 1890-1896"
A cylindrical Daum perfume bottle decorated with finely engraved and enameled roses on a frosted background. The stopper is also enameled and highlighted with gold. The solid silver mount, hallmarked with the French Minerva 1st standard mark, is repoussé silver and adorned with an engraved rose.
Signed in gold underneath: DAUM NANCY, Cross of Lorraine. Period: 1890-1896. Referenced on page 193 of the DAUM Master Glassmakers catalog, published by Denoël.
