17th-century wrought iron wedding key. The ring features an openwork design of a heart pierced by an arrow and, above it, two pierced butterfly wings. The base of the ring is beautiful, with a hollow shank. The bit is incised with a double cross, commemorating the religious ceremony. In very good found condition.
