Sculptural Italian yellow gold ring set with two lapis lazuli plaques flanked by two cabochon-cut rubies, the whole punctuated by a line of nine brilliant-cut diamonds. c. 1980.
Italian work, probably Bolognese "étoile 121 BO", signed "121" within a circled square.
Metal: 750/1000 (18K) yellow gold.
