This exquisite, delicate, and feminine necklace consists of five strands of small pearls linked by gold bars. These bars hold three chains of gemstones attached to a central daisy motif. Below this daisy hangs a round teardrop, set with white spinels. The cylindrical gold clasp is a ratchet clasp, enameled with small flowers and geometric patterns, and bears the eagle's head hallmark, in use since 1838. The bars also bear the provincial hallmark, a horse's head, used from 1839 to 1919. 19th century. Length 37.5 cm
