"Large Empire Desk"
Important Empire-style pedestal desk, circa 1900. Mahogany and gilt bronze mounts. Green leather-covered top. Pull-out slides. Nine drawers in the front, one with a compartment and pen tray. Fully demountable. Locks and keys. Minor restorations consistent with age (new leather, patina, locks serviced). Very good condition.
