In the central section, a door depicts a chalice surmounted by the monogram "IHS" (from the Greek Iesus Hominum Salvador, "Jesus, Savior of mankind") surrounded by rays, symbolizing the Eucharist and the presence of Christ.
Below the shelf, a dense gilded wood carving depicts ears of corn with a basket of flowers.
The back and the top still have the original period backgrounds.
