Diogenes and his lantern, large bronze circa 1885, 79.5 cm high, with a brown patina. Signed on the side of the base, foundry mark "Colin à Paris". Symbolist bronze statue by Eugène Marioton, depicting Diogenes of Sinope with his lantern. Diogenes is searching for an honest man in Athens but cannot find him (Greek mythology). Height: 79.5 cm.
