Fern-shaped Glass With A Bell-shaped Cup, Late 17th - Early 18th Century, Blown Glass, 17th-18th Century
A drinking glass made of fine, slightly tinted fern glass, featuring a bell-shaped bowl, a hollow stem, and a wide circular foot with a cane mark in the center. Forest glassworks from the South of France. Second half of the 17th or early 18th century. Dimensions: height 13.5 cm - bowl diameter 8 cm - foot diameter 7.9 cm - weight 51 grams. A restoration to the rim of the foot and some micro-scratches in the base of the bowl are visible in the photographs.
