Exceptional Vacheron & Constantin in 18K rose gold (0.750). Manufacture hand-wound movement, caliber P453/3C, with micrometric adjustment via a swan neck. Functions: hours, minutes, small seconds. Silver dial with rose gold hour markers and hands, enamel inscription, applied Arabic numerals 12-2-4-8-10. Two-piece solid case, pressed case back, "cow horn" style lugs. Dimensions: 38 mm (excluding crown) x 8 mm (thickness). Movement and case signed and numbered. Hallmarked on the case back and one lug. Alligator strap with original Vacheron & Constantin 18K rose gold pin buckle. Serviced in the workshop and guaranteed for two years.
