Rare Gueridon Top Turtle Stone Marble Or Marble With Septaria Nodule William IV English 19th
Rare 19th century English Gueridon dating from the William IV period. Mahogany base, top in Septaria nodule geological marble also called Turtle stone marble. This nodule is large, and forms an oval of 63 x 48 cm for a thickness of 23 mm. Used condition requiring some restoration: edge to be refixed, some small losses of veneer on the top. Mahogany leg in good condition with its original varnish.
