Nude at the pond, oil on wood signed lower right L Grandgérard Painter and engraver, Lucien Henri Grandgérard was born in Nancy in 1880 and died in Perreux-sur-Marne in 1970. He studied at the Beaux-Arts in Nancy and then in Paris. From 1906 he exhibited every year at the Salon des Artistes Français, where he became a member of the committee and jury. Dimensions of the painting without the frame: 32 cm x 40 cm
