Painting By Louis Auguste Beaujanot 19th Century: “the Ice Cream Seller”

Very rare and very beautiful salon painting executed by Louis Auguste BEAUJANOT, French painter of the 19th century who exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français (probably painting from the Salon of 1878). Signed lower left, on its original canvas, in perfect condition. Of a high quality of execution and realistic, he executed numerous views of Parisian life of the time in the manner of Paul'CHOCARNE MOREAU with whom he often collaborated, most of the time animated by young children. In its period frame with rich moldings and palmettes in the Louis XVI style.
