- 10 forks are hallmarked with the master silversmith Rousseau, 1st rooster (5 of which are numbered).
- 2 forks of the same model are hallmarked with the 2nd rooster (1809-1819). One is marked R. Bertaux on the spatula.
- 11 spoons are hallmarked with the master silversmith Rousseau, 1st rooster (5 of which are numbered).
- 1 spoon is marked with 18th century hallmarks.
