Superb Italian Murano blown glass chandelier, dating from the 1980s–1990s, composed of twelve twisted arms of clear glass forming an airy and harmonious structure.
Each arm ends with an inverted tulip of reddish-purple satin glass, diffusing a warm and elegant light.
This piece combines tradition and modernity: the sinuous lines recall the great Venetian classics, while the transparency of the glass and the bold color of the lampshades installed by the previous owner evoke the Italian postmodern spirit.
The whole gives off an impression of lightness and refinement, typical of Murano creations of this period.
Working electrics.
Excellent general condition, some tiny signs of use consistent with age. Italian craftsmanship, circa 1980.
