Baccarat - Crystal Planter With Iris Decoration
Baccarat crystal jardiniere from the Art Nouveau period, circa 1900, cut and decorated with gold with an iris motif. Beneath the gold lies a shade of red, Baccarat's signature. The jardiniere rests on an original metal base. Unsigned, it was produced in the early 20th century, before 1936. It is represented in the Baccarat tableware catalog of 1907. In very good condition, despite being a century-old object, with some scratches from use and loss of gilding, the iris motif is very well preserved. No damage. Height: 9 cm, length: 29 cm, width: 14 cm.
