Work entitled Odalisque by Pierre Le Faguays (1892-1962) known as Fayral, signed and stamped by Max Le Verrier, publisher. Young naked woman, only wearing a veil in the lower part, holding a jug or amphora in white onyx or albalester in both hands.
This is a relatively rare piece among Art Deco statues.
Base in black veined marble, two small chips filled and reworked in patina.
