He is best known for his work in the fields of fashion illustration, advertising, theater, as well as for his dreamlike and symbolist paintings. His style is characterized by great graphic finesse, subtle colors, and an often poetic and phantasmagorical universe. He is often associated with a surrealist universe, sometimes close to Magritte. His works combine elements of nature and stylized human figures. Visible at the Galerie Courcelles Antiquités, at 97 rue de Courcelles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
