Small Louis XVI half-moon chest of drawers stamped Pierre Antoine Veaux in rosewood and light wood marquetry. It opens on the front with three drawers with original locks, a period key opens the three drawers. The Saint Anne marble top is surrounded by a full gallery. The four sheathed square-section legs end in a shoe. Pierre Antoine VEAUX 1738-March 25, 1784 cabinetmaker Paris, master on November 5, 1766, in his workshop he made Transition or Louis XVI furniture, most often in veneer wood.
