It is a large Diamond of approximately 1ct, perhaps more, sparkles and radiates light due to the cut and is a good colour white.These old cut Diamonds are much sought after, and for good reason, the brilliance of their facets is superb.
This cut was developed in Europe and was popular from 1890 until 1930.
