Elegant rectangular mirror with a wooden and gilded stucco frame, richly decorated with foliage scrolls and rocaille scrolls around the entire perimeter. The gilding has a beautiful old patina. The mirror, with its slightly pitted tin, testifies to its age. The back is closed by original wooden plank parquetry, typical of productions from the second half of the 19th century. The frame was made in Bayonne in the South-West of France. Period: Napoleon III, circa 1870-1880 Dimensions: 81cm x 135cm x 8cm Condition: Excellent condition
