François Bulens (Brussels, 1857-1940) was a Belgian painter, watercolorist, pastellist, lithographer, portraitist and graphic designer. A founding member of the Brussels artists' association Le Sillon, created in 1893, he exhibited until the eve of the First World War and also became known for his talents as an illustrator and poster artist.
