"Antique Natività Statuette, Sicily 18th Century"
Antique nativity scene character statuette, character in oriental dress with turban playing with a monkey, rare group of fine workmanship made of ceramic, wood and canvas, work of the 18th century master Matera, an artist from Trapani famous for his compositions, statuettes and characters made with various materials. This group was published in a volume of the Sicilian historical institute.
