Vintage ring formed by a domed band which holds on the top a rectangular basket set with 4 flat prongs of an emerald-cut citrine.
On either side, mounted on gold wire, 2x2 8/8-cut diamonds are set in platinum.
The ring is signed Stern inside and numbered 20.
