Beautiful watercolor depicting a bridge by the English painter Edmund Phipps (active 1884–1915).
He lived in Liverpool and also in Glan Conwy, Clwyd.
He exhibited extensively at the Walker Gallery in Liverpool and at the RCA Conwy, North Wales.
Watercolor on paper, signed lower right, also signed on the reverse with the title of the painting, giltwood frame.
Dated 1887.
