19th Century French Solid Silver Leg Of Got Handle

A leg of lamb handle...
A Gordian knot model...
In solid silver for the setting...
And in filled silver for the handle...
The leg of lamb handles with the solid silver grip are rare, this is the second in 30 years...!
Checked with the 1st title Minerva for all parts except the screw key which is in 2nd title...
That is 950/1000 and 800/1000...
FRENCH SILVERWARE - PARIS...
I have not found the silversmith: PB...
In good condition just the wear marks...
The screw is fully functional which allows to tighten the two parts and tighten the handle of the leg of lamb...!
For information I have from another silversmith but in the model the fork and the meat knife which could complete this leg of lamb handle...
It just has a thinner handle...!
From the end of the 19th century...
It has no initials engraved...!
