Vase on pedestal with a wide conical neck, in blue powdered marbled glass, decorated with gold spangle inclusions from the “jade glass vase” series.
Signed on the foot DAUM cross of Lorraine NANCY France.
Circa 1925.
A range of elegant and sober vases, with a plain base and marbling caused by the vitrification of powders, sometimes with intercalary gold inclusions, was created and Daum gave it the pretty name of “jade glass vase”.
