Murano Glass Chandelier – Italy, 1950s
Period: Mid-20th century
Provenance: Murano, Italy
Dimensions: Height 120 cm, diameter 80 cm
Description: Refined Venetian chandelier from the 1950s, crafted in Murano using the traditional blown glass technique and enriched with precious glass paste applications and fine gold details. The structure, characterized by sinuous arms and an elegant interplay of transparency and color, is adorned with multicolored flowers and pendants that give the piece a luminous and theatrical presence. The vibrant shades of blue, green, pink, and yellow harmonize with the golden highlights, creating an effect of extraordinary decorative richness typical of Murano’s production of the period. A work of great artisanal craftsmanship, ideal both as a statement piece and as a refined furnishing element.
