Cut crystal liqueur decanter, of geometric form typical of the Art Deco period, with matching stopper.
The body, with faceted belly and slightly rounded silhouette, is made of colourless crystal and features, on one side only, a deep red panel. This coloured field, echoed on the stopper, is finely engraved with a stylised vine leaf and grape motif, executed with great precision.
Attribution: Karl Palda manufactory, the renowned glassworks of Haida (Nový Bor), Bohemia, celebrated for its Art Deco creations with striking colour contrasts and engraved decorations.
Condition: very good overall condition, with minute signs of use consistent with age.
