Louis XV Ewer In Solid Silver, Minerva, Rocaille, Twisted Crystal, 19th Century
Louis XV ewer in cut and twisted crystal, finely chiseled solid silver mount with rocaille decoration of flowers, foliage and stylized shells, hallmarked Minerva (1st title) and goldsmith's mark, Art Nouveau period late 19th century. This ewer is in good condition. It is hallmarked see photos (goldsmith's mark worn and illegible). The interior of the silver is vermeil. Please note: a small shock and deformation on the foot (see red arrow), micro-scratches and slight wear of time on the mount, see photos.
