Round Bronze Wall Plaque, 19th Century, Antique Scene

This decorative plaque is made of bronze, it is a French work from the 19th century. Finely chiseled, it represents an ancient scene, a standing warrior draped in the Antique style holding a sword in front of a woman lying on a chaise longue. It is a refined decorative object, typical of the decorative art of the 19th century. It does not bear a signature, but is finely executed. It is in the round with pretty decorations, details of beautiful workmanship. It has an original hanging system on the back. Note a light brown and especially golden patina, the whole is in good condition. We note a small crack around the edge, visible below the warrior's foot. The used condition is completely acceptable.
