KLIUN WORK OF THE PERIOD IS CONCERNED WITH THE DEPICTION OF CLEARLY ARTICULATED FORMS AND PURE COLOR ;
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HIS WORK OF 1916-17 AND THAT OF POPOVA IS IN SOME INSTANCES VERY CLOSE.
IN 1919 , WHEN KLIUN WAS A PROFESSOR AT THE SVOMAS FOR A YEAR, HIS SUPREMATIST STYLE SHOWS A NEW DEVELOPMENT AND BECOME MORE COMPLEX TO REACH ITS FULL MATURITY.
