A beautiful classic carmine setting, set in its center with synthetic rubies of an intense pink color, weighing a total of 1.70 carats, surrounded by "old" brilliant-cut diamonds of approximately 1.60 carats. Origin: probably Czechoslovakia, first half of the 20th century.
