Antique 19th-century Overdoor Pediment With Winged Griffin
Overdoor pediment in reinforced stucco with tow, in eclectic style, depicting two winged griffins—mythological creatures with the body of a lion and the head of an eagle, symbols of vigilance and strength. The facing figures frame an oval medallion adorned with the monogram "CG", topped by a stylized ribbon motif.
This pediment comes from an old residence and shows some chips, but it can be easily restored during installation.
