Oil on canvas of a seascape by Henri Saintin (1846 - 1899) painter of genre, landscapes and seascapes, inspired by Brittany, gold medalist at the Paris Universal Exhibition of 1889, he also participated in the decoration of the Paris City Hall. His works can be found in several national museums. Napoleon III frame dimensions without frame: L 61 cm. H 39 cm.
