Delivery Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. The majority of our stock is shipped from here. For small items under 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (w + h x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery within 7 to 14 days depending on your location. Customs charges may be applied to your package, payable upon delivery. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before your purchase. Large items to the UK and EU: These items are shipped by our own couriers operating between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to dispatch these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Large items - Overseas delivery: We will need your full address to obtain the actual cost of shipping from our courier partners. Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if necessary. The shipment will then be delivered to our freight forwarding partners and booked for the next departure. Delivery time can vary from 2-4 weeks depending on the destination. If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can help. These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment that has paid for additional insurance, in case of damage during transit, Any damage must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process.
