Old poster "Le Châtiment" n°30 from the Musée des Horreurs poster series. Distributed in 1900 in a France engulfed by the Dreyfus affair, these incriminating portraits are the work of Lenepveu. Represents a caricature of Emile LOUBET, president of the republic, overwhelmed by the voting slips in the names of the Parisian nationalist municipal councilors elected on May 6 and 13, 1900.
