B/Ham 1933 A Lovely tall pair of solid silver Art Deco Sabbath candlesticks with their original detachable sconces (for less and easier cleaning) They are hand made from thick sheet silver and consequently do not need to have filling. A very desirable pair of early 20th century candlesticks designed with elegant tapering stems and a delightful gadroon decorated square base. They were made in Birmingham in 1933 by the quality silversmiths, known for making very highly desirable Judaica pieces "Britton Gould & Co" Very presentable and are in very good condition and ready for immediate display.As we have stated these are very tall and of good gauge of silver weighing 820 Grams 26.36 Ounces of solid sterling Silver.
